*BY BOOKING YOU AGREE TO THIS POLICY* All appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours notice will be charged a 50% fee of the treatment cost. Cancellations made on the day of your appointment will be charged 100% of the treatment cost. No-shows will pay 100% of the cost of treatment. Please understand that this is a small business. Whilst I understand that emergencies can come up that do not allow for enough time to cancel, it is impossible for me to fill an appointment on such short notice & therefore results in loss of earnings. When booking a service, you accept responsibility to pay cancellation fees & make me aware of any changes needed prior to your appointment. This policy is applicable to everyone.
